AI agents

We automate everything! Today, AI agents take over tasks that would otherwise take up valuable employee time. Thanks to our AI solutions, even complex workflows and to-dos can be carried out fully automatically.

AI agents

AI agents take on complex tasks and can access data and interfaces using so-called tools. This enables them to process unstructured data and draw complex conclusions with the help of training.

This extends the previous possibilities of pure rule-based automation, so that we can significantly increase the efficiency of your company and support or replace the tasks of your employees.

The AI agents run in a separate instance for your company.

Difference to other AI solutions in the cloud

Suitable for

Our solutions overcome challenges such as complex decisions, cumbersome sets of rules and the processing of unstructured data that could previously only be handled by employees due to the nature of the task.
Complex decision-making

Workflows that require differentiated assessments, exceptions or context-dependent decisions, for example the approval of refunds in customer service workflows.

Complicated rules

Systems that have become unwieldy due to extensive and complicated sets of rules, making updates costly or error-prone, for example, conducting vendor security audits.

Strong dependence on unstructured data

Scenarios that involve interpreting natural language, extracting meaning from documents or conversational interaction with users, for example processing a home insurance claim.

Components

An AI agent consists of several components and accesses underlying applications and systems via APIs. For older systems without APIs, agents can rely on computer operation models to interact directly with these applications and systems via web and application interfaces – just like a human.

Model.

The AI model that enables the agent to reason and make decisions.

Tools.

External tools, functions or APIs that the agent can use to perform actions.

Instructions.

Explicit guidelines that define the behavior and output of the agent.

Guardrails.

Mechanisms that ensure that the agent acts within defined limits.

AI agents take on a variety of tasks in our company.

Challenges for the hardware

The complexity of modern AI applications, especially large language models (LLMs), requires immense computing power. Traditional CPUs quickly reach their limits here. We therefore rely on powerful GPU processors, which are ideal for processing large amounts of data and complex algorithms thanks to their parallel architecture.

Our architecture also follows a privacy-per-design approach. This means that the GPU servers never store any of your data or use it for training.

In this way, we ensure that you can use the full potential of our AI solutions without having to worry about expensive hardware or data protection.
