Together with the University Hospital of the University of Ulm, we developed an app for medical professionals dealing with child protection issues.

About the app
The Medical Child Protection Hotline app offers all of the kit pocket cards developed by the Medical Child Protection Hotline team in one app. The app is primarily aimed at medical professionals and contains important and practical information on the topics of child abuse, abuse-related fractures, shaking trauma and sexual abuse.

Specialist areas
Extensive information
The app is divided into two specialist areas: The Medical Customer Protection Hotline and the Competence Center for Child Protection in Healthcare NRW.
Each area is further subdivided into the different kit cards, which graphically convey the relevant information depending on the subject area.
Thanks to the CORTEX app, we can make our child protection tools easily available to a large number of healthcare professionals and child and youth welfare workers.
