Shotokan Kata App
Together with Fiore Tartaglia, Spectra Design & Verlag, CORTEX developed an app for interactive learning of Shotokan Kata (karate). Various exercises are animated and optimized for smartphones and tablets.

The app offers an extensive library of different exercises. Each exercise can be performed in real time or accelerated and can be zoomed in.
One of the challenges of the development was a fluid and smooth animation of the existing graphics, so that a high-quality feeling of the learning materials could also be conveyed in the app.
