Optimization
Analyzing and processing incoming LV texts is usually a manual and time-consuming process that ties up a lot of human time.
To optimize the search for relevant passages in hundred-page PDF documents for your company, our tool analyzes and finds the relevant passages and shortens the PDF to the corresponding pages.
Analysis procedure
Incoming PDF.
The LV-PDF reaches your e-mail inbox for LV requests and is regularly retrieved by us. All new emails are forwarded to a processing queue and processed in parallel.
Preparation.
Not all PDFs are structured in a meaningful way and the content is often not available as plain text. We convert scanned PDFs into real text PDFs using OCR text recognition and correct repairable errors.
Analysis.
Using your predefined search terms, we search the document and mark these as native PDF comments. We then shorten the PDF to pages with hits.
Return shipment.
The final result of the analysis and all original files are sent back to the sender by email. Other methods are also possible, e.g. direct import into a document management or ERP system.
