Hauff Technik LV Tool 2

About our projects

LV-Tool

Together with Hauff-Technik GmbH, we developed a tool to improve the processing of incoming service specifications. Incoming BOS documents are searched for dynamic keywords, hits are highlighted and sent back to the requester.

Technologies used

Optimized offer preparation

The aim of the project was to minimize the manual work involved in processing LV documents. To achieve this, we developed a patented process that processes incoming documents by e-mail, searches for keywords or regular expressions, highlights the technical terms found using PDF annotation and reduces the PDF to these pages.

This process massively simplifies the processing of LV texts.

Recognize multiple documents

Most incoming LV texts are in GAEB or PDF format. With PDFs in particular, there is a diverse mix of scanned documents, different sources, other formatting, defective files, non-LV files and much more.

We prepare all documents in a pre-processing stage so that all requests can be processed.

One source, multiple analyses

Several analyses with different keywords can be created for one source, e.g. an email inbox. This means that different departments within a company can create their own analyses, for example, or different specialist departments can each manage their own pool of keywords.

There are few limits to flexibility and creativity here.

The LV analysis tool has significantly increased our efficiency and has become an integral part of our day-to-day work.

Versatile in use

The classic method for incoming LV texts is e-mail, but we also support all other types of file input thanks to our diverse interfaces.

We also offer a wide range of options for importing outgoing, fully analyzed LV texts into the customer’s ERP or DMS systems.
