About the Studierendenwerk Ulm
Extensive information
One aim and focus of the project was and is to communicate the extensive information and services provided by the Studierendenwerk. All areas are listed and explained in detail in six main categories and numerous submenus.
Accessible even at peak times
Especially at lunchtime, when the canteen’s menu is in focus, the Studierendenwerk’s old website and server were regularly at their limits.
During our relaunch, the focus was on adapted and optimized server hardware and configuration, including caching mechanisms, in order to guarantee 100% availability even at peak times.
Responsive design
The majority of visits to the website come from mobile devices. It was therefore important that all pages and functions were also optimized for this so that all offers can also be used on smartphones, tablets and other devices with small screen sizes.
