All values of a product that are relevant for the technical data sheet are stored by us in a database in the backend. The layout for automatic creation is also stored in the database, so companies can make any changes with just a few clicks. The entire process is extremely shortened with this approach and is therefore extremely time-saving. Hauff Technik even goes one step further. Annular space seals can be individually configured on the homepage. The corresponding individual data sheet is available for download – also in real time.

The major construction company Bilfinger also benefits from this solution. After a house is built, there are a number of inspections to be carried out, for example on the water pipes. Photos are taken, samples are taken and sent to a laboratory – all with an app from our company. All results are automatically summarized in a 50- to 100-page report. The user then only has to select the responsible person to sign the report.
